GUIDED SACRED PLANT IMMERSION

With my guidance and supervision, you will have a chance to connect deeply with traditional plant wisdom. This is a deep integrative journey filled with prayers of gratitude and space to journey within oneself to reveal aspects of your life that needs your attention.

  • Full Immersion - $800
    includes 1 on 1 breathwork, sauna and ice bath leading up to the ceremony | ceremonial experience with plant wisdom, tobacco prayers, cacao, water and fruit platter | integration 1-week post ceremony with 1 on 1 breathwork, sauna, ice bath and debrief.

  • Half Immersion - $600
    includes 1 on 1 breathwork, sauna and ice bath either in the lead up or post ceremony | ceremonial experience with plant wisdom, tobacco prayers, cacao, water and fruit platter.

  • Ceremony Only (for pre-existing clients only) - $450
    includes ceremonial experience with plant wisdom, tobacco prayers, cacao, water and fruit platter.

  • Nature Immersion - $400
    An opportunity to connect deeply with nature on a guided walk and ceremony while journeying with plant wisdom.

REBIRTHING BREATHWORK

Rebirthing is connected breathing through the nose. You may experience past events and memories, along with physical tensions and sensations as the breath will seek to find them. With my guidance we will work together to help you release those blockages in a supportive manner.

I endeavour to support you to embrace a deeper sense of self-awareness and overcome any limiting conscious and unconscious internal dialogues. In doing so, you will receive clarity and support to embody healthy habits and adopt positive change.

Your session may also include intuitive guidance, chakra healing, high vibrational sound healing, energy clearing; and the use of crystals, essential oils, high vibrational healing mists and sacred herbs.

CACAO SOUND JOURNEY & MEDITATION

Together with an open mind and heart we gather in sacred ceremony, where we allow the medicine of the Cacao to soften anything that may be hindering us on our journey. Cacao is a powerful heart opening medicine, that allows us to connect deeply with our inner self, accessing expansion and growth. In experiencing cacao ceremony you open up more deeply to your intuition, feeling connected to your heart space and opening to your inner wisdom. Expansion, clarity and insights are shared in a gentle yet potent way.

Your experience is enhanced with sound healing, allowing you to move beyond mind based limitations creating space for you to dive deeply into your inner world. Tuning into the sound sensations and frequecies help to promote healing of mind, body and soul. Realigning you to coherent state of well-being so that you can experience inner peace.

Includes:

  • Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Guided Meditation with Sound Healing

TOBACCO CEREMONY

In person - 2hrs

Rapé (pronounced ha-PAY) is a preparation of powdered herbs which is administered by blowing into the nostrils. Used by tribal cultures in the Amazonian region, it is believed to have a powerful effect on the pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus glands in the brain; re-align and cleanse the chakras, detoxifies the mental, emotional and physical bodies; and removes any low vibrational energies.

The experience can range from quite mild to rather intense depending on the level of cleansing required, and can also be tailored to the individual needs depending on their readiness to detoxify. For those who seek deep cleansing a more powerful mixture can be used in higher doses, or for those who wish to ease into the process a smaller gentle dose can be administered.

What to expect:

  • You will be informed about the process and how to prepare for it

  • Apply your Rapé in a safe, comfortable and loving way

  • Create sacred space and hold an energetically high surrounding

  • Hold space for you while you are going through your journey

  • Encourage and help you to express your experience after the ceremony

  • Includes sound journey and integration

SUNRISE CACAO & BREATHWORK CEREMONY

2-3hrs
In person - $350

We will meet an hour and a half prior to the scheduled sunrise for that day.

We will connect in to your innerscape and engage in a Rebirthing breathwork session. We will time the breathwork session to finish just before the sunrise where we will welcome the new day with a ceremonial dose of cacao and can enjoy:

  • Sun gazing

  • The warmth of cacao to greet the new day

  • Experiencing breathwork by the ocean

  • Cold water immersion in the ocean

These sessions will be held at Woonona Beach, unless otherwise arranged prior to the ceremony day. Meeting time is dependent on sunrise time and weather,

GUIDED MEDITATIONS

Over the past few years, I have been working and receiving intuitively guided meditations, as I tune into the collective needs.

​The beauty of these meditations is that you do not need to know how to meditate at all. The invitation is for you to lay down or sit up, whichever you feel most comfortable and just be open to letting the words enter your subconscious.

​One thing to note during the meditations, you will hear me guide you to close your two eyes and allow for yourself to open your 'First Eye'. I am well aware it is commonly referred to as the Third Eye, however, it feels right by me to acknowledge it as our 'First Eye' as we open ourselves up to the possibility of higher awareness.

Prices are in AUD and per person.

A $50 travel fee applies for sessions outside of Wollongong but within Sydney.
