The Sacred Soul Expansion is an invitation to explore the inner self, through practices, rituals and sacred offerings used to support your healing journey, clear and open a harmonious relationship with self and life.

Our intention is to hold a safe space for you to reflect inward, to journey into the heart, the centre of your soul self, accessing the power centre for courage, transformation and change.

We are excited to be sharing the practices, rituals and sacred offerings that we have been gifted to us, from our most recent travels to Guatemala where we immersed ourselves in the ancient wisdom teachings of the Mayan linage under the guidance of our teacher and elder, Maya wisdom keeper Nana Marina Cruz.

This will be a unique immersion of healing practices that have been acquired from various traditions, elders and contemporary healing modalities.
